There is a touching story behind the statue of the old couple. After the elderly man learned that he had Alzheimer’s disease, he worried that he may slowly forget his deceased wife. The client told us Death is not the end of life, but forgetting is the end of life. So he wanted to find a way to be with his wife all the time. The senior man chose to commemorate his wife as a statue. The client decided to place a statue of himself and his wife in the yard so that when he sees it, he will be reminded of the time he spent with his wife.
