If you would like to check the statues of your order, you can refer to your order confirmation where you will find the lead time for the items you ordered.
Please note that the lead times reflected are approximate. Transit times add one to three weeks, depending on the item shipping method used and destination.

(1) The Best Way: T/T

Go to your local bank. Fill in all the details on to the T/T order form. Please make sure that you have written our account name and account number correctly.

T/T the Grand Total amount and pay for all bank charges (extra 8.5USD). We will not ship out the goods if we have received less money than the amount stated on the ’Grand Total’ (usually due to the purchaser who had not pay for the receiver’s T/T charges). Send an email to us telling the payment sender name. A scanned copy of the bank slip is preferred.

With PayPal, you can send payment quickly and securely online. Through PayPal, you can pay with a credit card, debit card, or bank account balance. Once your order is submitted, you will be redirected to the PayPal website where you could make the payment.

1) Express Delivery (Doorway)

You must evaluate the cargo for heavy sculptures and the cargo should be assessed by case, but this is the shortest shipping method. The delivery time is 4-5 business days (not included on weekends).

2) Airport to Airport

The shipping method is suitable for a large amount of luggage that requires rapid delivery, but the customer must perform customs clearance. The shipping rate in this way is less than the express delivery of a large parcel.

3) Seaport to Seaport

As for sculptures, generally, shipping via the sea is relatively cheap, so you may want to go this way, but shipping will take about four weeks.

In general, most items ship in 4-8 weeks. It depends on the complexity of the items, and take approximately 7-14 business days for delivery to you. Once your item have been shipped you will receive an email from us.

If anything goes wrong during shipping, you have nothing to lose!

Free warranty  of two years. During the warranty period, free repairs will be provided for quality defects not caused by the user’s unit. After the warranty period expires, an additional 5 years of cost maintenance will be provided. We will arrive at the site for maintenance 24 hours after receiving the repair call and ensure the quality of the repair, only charging material and construction costs.

1) Send a warranty 

Send a warranty to you (the customer） within seven days after product acceptance, which mainly includes: product overview, usage management requirements, warranty scope and content, warranty time, warranty instructions, and warranty record. Attached are the name, address, phone number, contact person, etc. of the warranty unit.

2)Inspection, repair and acceptance

During the warranty period, we receive a repair notice and will send someone to inspect within 12 hours. Propose a repair plan and carry out repairs.  Then make a warranty record on the warranty after this repair
